Interests of mine include working out, playing basketball, surfing, and leading an overall active lifestyle. "Success comes from knowing that you did your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming." - John Wooden
Erby Houston III B.S.

He is a certified personal trainer through American Council of Exercise (ACE) and completed the 120 hour personal training internship through the Kinesiology/Titan Recreation Department. He has been training clients since fall 2006 for Titan Recreation.
Third year kinesiology major and plan on focusing on strength and conditioning. I am a certified personal trainer through NASM. I am president of the fraternity Sigma Phi Epsilon at CSUF and am also a captain for our flag football team. I played two years of football as well as one year of lacrosse. On the side I enjoy mountain biking too.
I am currently a third year kinesiology student and am a certified personal trainer via the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Growing up my parents saw that I loved being active so they put me in any sport they could. Over the years I grew especially fond of soccer and track and field so during high school I chose to focus on those two sports over the rest. Since the competition of high school sports is long gone, I now occupy myself with mid distance runs and lots of time in the weight room. Fitness has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember so becoming a trainer has always been a sort of long term goal and obvious choice for me. I would like nothing more than to encourage others to make a healthy lifestyle as important in their lives as it is in mine.
