Lawrence Telles
Third year kinesiology major and plan on focusing on strength and conditioning. I am a certified personal trainer through NASM. I am president of the fraternity Sigma Phi Epsilon at CSUF and am also a captain for our flag football team. I played two years of football as well as one year of lacrosse. On the side I enjoy mountain biking too.
James Manibusan
I am currently a third year kinesiology student and am a certified personal trainer via the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Growing up my parents saw that I loved being active so they put me in any sport they could. Over the years I grew especially fond of soccer and track and field so during high school I chose to focus on those two sports over the rest. Since the competition of high school sports is long gone, I now occupy myself with mid distance runs and lots of time in the weight room. Fitness has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember so becoming a trainer has always been a sort of long term goal and obvious choice for me. I would like nothing more than to encourage others to make a healthy lifestyle as important in their lives as it is in mine.
