NO-GI JIU JITSU
No-Gi Jiu Jitsu is very similar to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but without the use of the traditional gi. You will learn a series of techniques to control your target without the use of punches such as submissions, throws, sweeps, guard passes, and reversals. The class is beginner friendly and for those who wish to compete.
This class is designed to introduce the average college student to beginning gymnastics. We will be focusing on strengthening the core using various body weight exercises in addition to increasing flexibility and balance. As the class progresses, the focus will be to master common gymnastics techniques such as handstands, cartwheels, back bends, etc.
Get ready to increase your flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular endurance while learning practical self-defense skills. This class will allow you to learn techniques in kickboxing to help develop your coordination and timing while being motivated to reach your fitness goals!
This class is an introduction to Muay Thai and fitness while building up your stamina, courage, self-defense, and health. Muay Thai is strictly stand up which includes technique like kicks, elbows, knees, and clinch.
