Designed for physically fit campers entering 7th – 12th grades in Fall 2008.
What is Sports Performance Enhancement Camp?
- Sports Performance Enhancement Camp focuses on speed, agility, strength training and conditioning. Campers must be in good conditions.
- Sports Performance Camp instructors have a top priority to ensure a safe environment for all participants to develop physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.
- The main focus is to develop sport specific skills necessary to succeed at desired level of play.
- This camp is designed for athletes wanting to IMPROVE all levels of athletic performance.
- Each camper will receive a Sports Performance Camp t-shirt.
- Each camper will receive a snack and numerous water breaks each day.
- Sports Performance camp is limited to 24 participants each session.
Where will the Sports Performance camp be held?
- Sports Performance Camp will be held in the new Student Recreation Center, featuring state-of-the art weight training and cardio equipment.
What type of sports conditioning will campers receive?
- Camp participants receive instruction and supervision in weight training, conditioning, speed and agility drills, plyometrics, balance and specific sport related movement.
Who are the Team Members at the Sports Performance Camp?
- The Camp Director is NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with 18 years of training experience.
- All staff members are Titan Recreation certified personal trainers and instructional specialist with at least one year of personal training experience. The trainers are First Aid/CPR certified and been screened through a criminal background check.
What does my child need to bring/wear to camp?
- Camper need to bring a refillable water bottle and must wear athletic shoes and athletic attire –street clothes will not be permitted.
Parking Information:
- Parking for camper pick-up and drop-off will be available in the designated parking stalls in the south portion of Lot A.
- Lot A can be accessed from State College Blvd.
- Lot A can be accessed from State College Blvd, between Nutwood Ave. and Yorba Linda Blvd.

Where do I check my child in and out for Sports Performance Camp?
- All campers will be check in and check out at the Student Recreation Center entrance (refer to map).
- For the safety of our campers, only adults on the authorized pick-up list with a PICTURE ID will be allowed to sign the camper out. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Campers who ride their bikes or drive themselves must have written confirmation from a parent/guardian on file with the Camp Director.

What if I need to cancel a session?
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least two weeks prior to the start of the cancelled session to receive a full refund less $50.
- Cancellation requests received after the deadline and prior to the first day of camp must be accompanied with a written medical excuse to receive a full refund less $50.
- No cancellation requests will be accepted during the camp session even if the camper does not attend any portion of camp.
- Please allow 3-4 weeks for a refund check to be mailed.
